The Manager, Remote Patient Monitoring Operations leads the Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) digital health program at BILH. This role requires a leader who can manage complex healthcare operations, drive growth and efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and data security.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the RPM program, including patient enrollment, device logistics, data monitoring workflows, and clinical escalation pathways. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all program components. Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize program efficiency.

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team including patient navigators and clinical pharmacists. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth, accountability, and excellence in patient care delivery. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching and mentoring, and oversee patient navigator staff training.
  • Partner with the Medical Director to ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and state-specific telehealth regulations. Implement robust quality assurance processes for clinical protocols and patient safety measures. Coordinate with compliance teams to maintain accreditation standards and prepare for regulatory audits.

Technology Integration and Vendor Management

  • Collaborate with IT teams to optimize RPM platform functionality and ensure seamless data flow across systems. Manage relationships with vendor partners and evaluate new technologies to enhance program efficiency and patient experience.

Clinical Workflow Optimization

  • Work closely with clinical teams to develop and refine patient monitoring protocols, alert thresholds, and intervention pathways. Establish clear escalation procedures for clinical concerns and ensure appropriate clinical oversight of patient data. Coordinate communication with primary care providers.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience, with at least 1 year in digital health, telehealth, or chronic care management programs. Demonstrated experience managing remote patient monitoring or similar technology-enabled care programs preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with healthcare information systems, data analytics tools, and project management. Understanding of medical device regulations, healthcare interoperability and telehealth platforms.
