Job Description:
Join the successful and well-established Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care team in Gloucester, MA. We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to provide compassionate, community-focused Family Medicine care.

Model: Team-based care (MDs, NPs, LPNs, MAs, and administrative staff).
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Master’s in Nursing or Physician Assistant program.
Current NP or PA license to practice in Massachusetts.
Active DEA and MCSR.
