Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent service to patients, families, staff, and providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls; greet and assist visitors and patients.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and documents.
Maintain organized records, files, and databases.
Support patient care by updating demographic and insurance information.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure timely service.
Assist with prescription renewals and clinical documentation.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required.
Basic computer proficiency for clinical documentation and scheduling.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
