Job Description:
Join a dynamic and compassionate team dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in an ambulatory setting. We are seeking a Registered Nurse who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to excellence in clinical practice, patient education, and care coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, age-appropriate, and culturally competent nursing care.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate care.
Perform assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care.
Maintain clinical documentation and comply with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
Current New Hampshire RN license.
BLS certification (American Heart Association).
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
Prior acute care or medical-surgical experience preferred.
