Job Description:

Join a dynamic and compassionate team dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in an ambulatory setting. We are seeking a Registered Nurse who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to excellence in clinical practice, patient education, and care coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, age-appropriate, and culturally competent nursing care.

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate care.

  • Perform assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes.

  • Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care.

  • Maintain clinical documentation and comply with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).

  • Current New Hampshire RN license.

  • BLS certification (American Heart Association).

  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Prior acute care or medical-surgical experience preferred.
