Job Description:

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Licensed Nursing Assistant /Medical Assistant  to join our healthcare team. Under the supervision of designated supervisor and in collaboration with clinical staff, the LNA/MA plays a key role in delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care. This position supports both clinical and administrative functions to ensure smooth patient flow and provider efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with patient care under the direction of providers, RNs, or LPNs.

  • Support daily clinical operations including room preparation, patient intake, and documentation.

  • Coordinate provider schedules and anticipate patient needs to maintaintimely appointments.

  • Communicate effectively with patients and team members to enhance satisfaction and care quality.

  • Follow established workflows, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent care delivery.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Medical Assistant certification preferred Basic computer proficiencyfor clinical documentation and scheduling.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
