Job Description:

Lynn, MA | Full-time | Sign-on bonus up to $5,000

We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our team at the Ryan House in Lynn, MA. This role is responsible for providing individual and group supervision to case managers, recovery specialists, and interns, ensuring the use of evidence-based practices, and supporting staff in addressing complex issues like co-occurring disorders and trauma.

You'll also conduct assessments and provide individual and group services to residents who need additional support. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, day shift.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and crisis consultation to case managers and recovery specialists.

  • Keep up-to-date on evidence-based practices, including Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorders.

  • Monitor and assign case managers' caseloads.

  • Conduct assessments and provide individual and group services to residents who require additional support.

  • Collaborate with the program's leadership team to review and improve clinical program design.

  • Chair the weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meeting to strategize on client treatment compliance.

  • Audit clinical documentation to ensure it meets state regulations.

  • Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders and community service providers.

  • Review and develop new group treatment curricula based on the needs of the client population.

  • Participate in a rotating weekend and after-hours on-call schedule for Ryan House and the co-located Transitional Support Services program.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in clinical psychology, mental health, psychology, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or a related field is required.

  • Independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LADC I) is preferred. Candidates must be on track to obtain independent licensure by January 1, 2028.

  • Two years of supervised substance use disorder counseling experience and at least one year of full-time clinical supervisory experience are required. We may consider candidates without one year of supervisory experience if they are independently licensed.
