Your Role at a Glance:
As a Physician Assistant on the Interventional Radiology team, you'll play a central role in both Interventional Radiology and Musculoskeletal Radiology, supporting our physicians and patients through a wide range of procedures. This is a full-time role. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct patient histories, physical exams, develop treatment plans, order and interpret labs and imaging studies.
- Perform image-guided procedures including joint injections, paracentesis, thoracentesis, biopsies, aspirations, and vascular access.
- Act as a clinical educator and resource for staff; provide formal and informal teaching and contribute to scholarly activities.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. Coordinate care plans with clinical teams and consulting services.
- Foster interdisciplinary collaboration to assess and meet the health needs of patients and their families.
- Manage direct care for patients receiving opioid therapy.

What You Bring:
Education & Experience
- Master’s Degree required.
- Prior experience in a teaching hospital or relevant specialty strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in EMR systems, Microsoft Office applications, and web-based tools.
Registration/Certification
- Current Massachusetts PA License
- ARC-PA and NCCPA Certification
- Fluoroscopy Certification for Physician Assistants via the ARRT
- American Heart Association- Basic Life Support certification.
- American Heart Association- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
- Valid prescriptive authority from both the MA DPH – DCP and Federal DEA.
