Job Description:

Winchester Hospital, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, has an exciting new opportunity for Director of Imaging Services. Reporting to our Executive Director of Imaging Services, this professional licensed leader provides an environment for the coordination and delivery of quality, safe clinical care and patient experience that meets the highest level of professionalism within our Top 10 Massachusetts recognized 229-bed hospital.

In this key leader role, you will responsible for the following:

  • Manage and direct activities and personnel within the department and its offsite locations.

  • Implementation of policies and procedures to support imaging services functions.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee the JCAHO survey process for Radiology.

  • Assist with the financial and strategic components of the business

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a two -year program in Radiologic Technology.  Bachelor’s degree in related field required. Preferred:  Master’s degree on hire

  • At least five years experience in previous and progressively more responsible work environment required. 

  • At least one year of supervisory experience.

  • Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of safety, infection control and quality control standards.

License/Certification Required: 

American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) Registered

Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license.
