Job Description:

Laboratory Associate – Full Time (Day Shift)
📍 Beverly Hospital

Be part of a team where your work directly supports patient care—every specimen, every patient, every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Collect and process specimens with care and precision
  • Perform age‑appropriate phlebotomy (neonatal through geriatric)
  • Support inpatient units, outreach sites, and specimen processing
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance at every step
  • Serve as a trusted link between patients, clinical teams, and the lab
  • Rotate across campuses and support weekend/holiday coverage as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Phlebotomy training or internship (preferred)
  • 1 year of related experience (preferred)
  • Phlebotomy certification (preferred)
  • Valid State Driver’s License
  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and customer service

Pay Range:

$21.00 – $28.26

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.  Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
