Job Description:
Laboratory Associate – Full Time (Day Shift)

What You’ll Do
- Collect and process specimens with care and precision
- Perform age‑appropriate phlebotomy (neonatal through geriatric)
- Support inpatient units, outreach sites, and specimen processing
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance at every step
- Serve as a trusted link between patients, clinical teams, and the lab
- Rotate across campuses and support weekend/holiday coverage as needed
What We’re Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Phlebotomy training or internship (preferred)
- 1 year of related experience (preferred)
- Phlebotomy certification (preferred)
- Valid State Driver’s License
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and customer service

Pay Range:
$21.00 – $28.26
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.
