Shift – 7:00am – 3:30pm

Organizational Requirements:

  • Incorporates Anna Jaques Mission Statement, and Goals into daily activities.

  • Maintains courteous and effective interactions with colleagues and patients.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the job description, performance expectations, and competency assessment.
  • Demonstrates a commitment toward meeting and exceeding the needs of our customers and consistently adheres to Customer Service standards.
  • Participates in departmental and/or interdepartmental quality improvement activities.
  • Participates in and successfully completes Mandatory Education.
  • Performs all other duties as needed or directed to meet the needs of the department.

The Cardiac Catheterization Lab Nurse will utilize a combination of training, assessment and technical skills in the accomplishment of their duties. Prior experience in a cardiac cath lab, will train in Interventional Radiology.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: including but not limited to:

  • Assist with the performance of DIAGNOSTIC ONLY cardiac procedures
  • Use hemodynamic monitoring equipment to evaluate the patient's hemodynamic status and vital signs
  • Provide conscious sedation throughout Catheterization Lab procedures
  • Assist with helping to run Catheterization Lab related equipment and Interventional radiology
  • Work collaboratively with all members of the care team.
  • Possess accurate record keeping and attention to detail skills

Requirements:

  • Active MA Nursing License
  • BLS and ACLS
  • 2 years Nursing experience
  • Current or recent critical care/ICU and ER experience and any cath lab experience is highly preferred.

Pay Range:

$35.85 – $77.82

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.  The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
