Are you ready to become a part of our dynamic Nursing team?

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:       

  • Monitors clinical status (ex. monitor pattern, vital signs, patient signs and symptoms.)

  • Interprets clinical data.

  • Acts in accordance with clinical data interpretation and physician orders.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in caring for the monitored patient.

  • Interprets diagnostic tests as they relate to patient care.

  • Responds appropriately in an emergency situation.

  • Demonstrates clinical proficiency in all unit specific competencies and mandatory requirements.

  • Completes criterion referenced competency checklists.

  • Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness 

  • Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient 

  • Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes 

  • Responds to patient needs in a timely manner, including answering call lights.

  • Documents all changes as well as relevant information regarding patient’s response to intervention, therapeutic regimens, and patient progress as it relates to plan of care and patient’s response to teaching.

Scheduled Hours: 24 hr/week

Work Shift: Days

Education Required: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program. BSN preferred.

Licenses, Registrations, Certifications Required:

  • State of Massachusetts RN licensure (or eligibility) 

  • BLS

  • ACLS

Experience: Previous experience with cardiac patients preferred. Previous hospital experience preferred.

Pay Range:

$35.85 – $77.82

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.  The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
